At Business Platform, we are committed to providing exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the initial service activation
  • The service must not have been extensively used or customized
  • All refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels

Monthly Subscription Services

For monthly subscription services:

  • Cancellations can be made at any time before the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period
  • Service access continues until the end of the paid period

Annual Subscription Services

For annual subscription services:

  • Full refunds are available within the first 30 days
  • Pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis after 30 days
  • Custom implementations and integrations are non-refundable after development begins

Custom Development Services

For custom development and implementation services:

  • Refunds are evaluated based on project milestones and deliverables
  • Work completed and delivered is non-refundable
  • Cancellations must be requested in writing

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Setup fees and implementation costs
  • Third-party integration costs
  • Custom training sessions that have been delivered
  • Data migration services that have been completed
